Trauma Sensitive Yoga

Class Structure:
A blend of somatic experiencing®, conventional psychology, and yoga philosophy are used to meet the symptoms of survival in the body and invite healing in a supportive space. You will gently engage with the present moment, learn about your nervous system and make choices based on your needs.
The one-hour class will be oriented around themes (grounding, boundaries, exploring self-acceptance, and self expression). You need only bring yourself, layers of comfortable clothing and a pen and journal if you would like. Yoga mats are provided and you are welcome to bring your own.
Location: TBA
Schedule: Contact Lori to communicate your scheduling needs or to set up a private session.
